Frequently asked questions

No, I am not in-network with any insurance providers and do not do single case agreements.

Yes, I can provide a superbill after your session, if requested. It is your responsibility to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement and just because I provide a superbill doesn’t necessarily mean insurance will cover services.

I require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your session. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be responsible for the full session fee and the card on file will be charged.

Working with a dietitian here is meant to feel safe, collaborative, and grounding. Here’s what you can expect:

  • A space where you’re not judged for anything you’re experiencing
  • Someone who listens first, without assumptions or pressure
  • Conversations that help make sense of what’s been happening with food
  • Support in navigating fear, overwhelm or uncertainty around eating
  • Small, doable steps that honor your pace and your life
  • Care that adapts to your needs, your body and your energy

There are no strict rules, “good” or “bad” foods, or expectations that you’ll arrive with motivation or clarity. You just need to show up as you are — we’ll meet you there.

Care for clients under the age of 18 typically involves more follow-up including providing post-session updates for parents/guardians as well as greater collaboration among the other care providers/treatment team members.
